Terms of Service &
Master SLA Agreement

These Terms of Service govern all custom software development, Next.js web engineering, Flutter mobile application design, technical SEO, and cloud hosting services provided by Digital Craftify Ltd. (“Agency”, “We”, “Us”) to enterprise clients (“Client”, “You”).

By issuing a purchase order, executing a statement of work (SOW), or paying an initial deposit, Client agrees to be bound by these legal terms.

Upon 100% full payment of final milestone balances, Digital Craftify transfers full ownership of bespoke custom source code, vector branding assets, and database schemas to the Client.

• Client Ownership: All bespoke UI design tokens, custom React components, database content, and proprietary algorithms belong entirely to Client.
• Pre-Existing Open-Source Libraries: Third-party dependencies (React, Next.js, Flutter, Tailwind CSS, Lucide Icons) remain licensed under their respective MIT/Apache open-source licenses.

For clients subscribing to our Managed Hosting or SLA Maintenance tiers:

• Milestone Payments: Projects are billed according to agreed milestone schedules (e.g. 50% upfront deposit, 50% upon final production delivery).
• 30-Day Quality Guarantee: All deliverables include a 30-day post-launch bug fixing warranty covering any code defects at no additional cost.
• Invoicing: Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days from issue via bank transfer, Stripe, or corporate credit card.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Craftify Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, user DNS misconfigurations, or unapproved client code modifications. Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client during the preceding 6 months.
